ClanFee ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by JC Games. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ClanFee, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We built ClanFee to be a chat, community, and live-streaming platform — most of what we collect exists to make that work (delivering your messages, connecting your calls, running your paid group subscriptions), not for advertising or resale.
If you choose to grant contacts permission, ClanFee reads the names and phone numbers in your device's contact list to show you which of your contacts are already using ClanFee, and to let you invite the ones who aren't. Phone numbers are sent to our server only to check for a match against registered accounts — we do not store your full contact list, and contacts who aren't ClanFee users are never contacted by us on your behalf (the invite is sent by you, through your own device's share/SMS options).
Paid group subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. ClanFee never receives or stores your card, UPI, or bank account details — those go directly to Razorpay, a licensed payment processor. We store only the transaction outcome (amount, plan, subscription status) needed to manage your group access.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your chat content for advertising.

Other members of a group or conversation you're in can see the content you share with them, as any chat app works. Group owners can see who has an active paid subscription to their group.
We keep your account and message data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual messages at any time. To delete your account and associated data entirely, contact us using the details below — we'll remove your personal data except where we're required to retain transaction records for legal/tax purposes.
ClanFee is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
